Urban renewal along Guangming Avenue
It is planned to adopt the TOD development model to create landmark buildings around Loucun Station and Guangming Avenue Station. The 300-meter super high-rise towers are the most important landmarks in the Guangming Central District and the first-class landmarks in the Guangming Central District. At the junction of the avenue and Guangming Avenue, a 150-meter-high landmark twin tower is set as a secondary landmark. The first-level landmarks and the second-level landmarks jointly shape the external image of the Guangming Central District, and at the same time, as a visual focus, they create a strong image for the central area. At the overall design level, in addition to considering the layout of the city's large-scale greening and linear system, some street squares have been added to carry a series of urban activities. According to the type, it can be roughly divided into two categories: in the complete and continuous areas of pedestrian streets, such as commercial pedestrian blocks and cultural blocks, create urban living rooms, emphasizing the sense of enclosure and scale of the square; in areas where high-rise gatherings or bus stops, the square serves as a flow of people. Controlling the size of the site can also buffer the visual impact of high-rise buildings on vehicle traffic.
