Shenzhen Luohu
Caopu Urban Village Urban Renewal
Caopu Urban Renewal, as an important city node passing through the Phuket checkpoint, carries the urban memory of old and new Shenzhen residents, and will activate the vitality of the region. By reshaping the cultural ancestral hall, rejuvenating the life on the shore of the Phuket River, and linking life and commerce along the Phuket River Form a group to create a complex waterfront vitality belt integrated with the block. The design is to inherit the cultural heritage of the site, rebuild the ancestral hall on the spot and use this as the origin to create an interesting living district and radiate cultural and commercial values. Create the image of the north-south gateway of "Luohu-Longgang" and "Longgang-Luohu".
Relying on the existing transportation hub, excavate the TOD model, and create a complex urban functional complex. The super high-rise towers are arranged in a semi-enclosed layout, which outlines an open and friendly city interface and forms a patchwork city skyline. Combining rail stations, bus first and last stations, slow traffic system, commercial retail, to create an integrated, fast, compound and multi-functional transportation system, to create a three-dimensional public space system of "three cities, one belt and two corridors" to create a three-dimensional open street commercial atmosphere. At the same time, different functional areas around the area are connected in series and integrated into the whole city with an open attitude.
