The planned land is located in the middle of the Xinpu New District Group, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. The design concept adopts unified design and overall development. It is positioned as a business center with financial offices and corporate headquarters. After completion, it will be the first city CBD in Zunyi. The central business district adopts a unified overall cluster design, avoiding the chaotic and disorderly urban image of the business center in the past vying to build iconic towers. Set up arcades or walk-in shrinking spaces at the bottom of the office towers to connect the independent office towers, enrich the level of the building interface along the street, and create a pleasant walking experience space. The block function can be adjusted according to the actual business situation to provide flexible flexibility. The city is a rich mixture of citizens, companies, and culture, providing a vibrant neighborhood with a mix of various functions. Set up block greening between buildings, set up public greening between groups, and set up aerial greening in part of office towers to provide office staff with a comfortable space.
