The design focuses on three main organizational frameworks: high-efficiency people-vehicle traffic system, flexible and diverse building volume control, and practical and effective urban open space system to provide necessary places for various public activities and street life. The urban design of the central area of Qianhai Central District proposes the design concept of District-MAX, which is the design goal of high connectivity, high mixing density, high quality of life and high sustainable development, and specifically achieves the above goals through four system-level operations , The plan forms a highly dense and ecologically sensitive urban area, with a landmark waterfront area, diverse architectural groups, cultural and entertainment functions, and a unique and interconnected public open space system.
