ChengduTOD Urban Design for Rail Real Estate Group

The TOD Urban Design of Chengdu Rail Real Estate Group is located in the west area of Pidu. The design scope includes a subway station and a depot. Design a circle-layer layout model that deeply implements the TOD concept, reasonably determine and appropriately increase the development intensity of the TOD core area, intensive use of land resources, and promote the integrated development of rail transit and urban functions. We are well versed in the role of parks in cities, and we fully implement the concept of Chengdu Park City to achieve a highly harmonious unity of people, city, environment and industry. At the macro level, it fully connects the surrounding park system, and at the micro level, constructs parks of different scales, elevations, and different themes. The return project is the essence of a transportation hub, from the four levels of regional arrival, site collaboration, TOD-centric conversion, and characteristic tour experience, to fully implement the concept of an interoperable and integrated city.
