XinyiW·Mansion

The demonstration area of this project adopts the integrated design of architecture, landscape and fine decoration, and the facade style of New Oriental. The design strives to achieve "de stylization", guide people's attention from the square volume of the building itself to the space and environment, and turn the building into a container containing all kinds of beautiful details and a gift box for the city. The modern simple architectural style and Zen natural landscape are ingeniously combined to set off each other and complement each other.

The whole plot is planned in the form of one ring, two axes and multiple clusters. The north-south and east-west main axes run through the whole plot. The clusters are clear, and the clusters are rich in greenery. People are more likely to get close to the landscape resources of the clusters and increase communication between people.

In this case, the residential space is the main body, and the residential buildings are arranged in a natural way, so that there is a view between the houses and a view through the windows, ensuring the good quality of the houses. Open space is set up along Xindaixi Road in the north to create a distinctive style street and a dynamic space. At the same time, a good commercial pedestrian system is formed in combination with the pedestrian entrance and exit of the community, which is also the main place for residents to communicate in life.
