Foshan NanzhuangCR Land Jade Garden

The project is located at the north side of Nanzhuang Avenue, Chancheng District, Foshan City, adjacent to Metro Line 2 under construction, and at the important display interface of urban trunk road handover. The podium is planned to be set along the east and south sides to effectively block the noise of the urban trunk road. The four towers are surrounded to form a large internal garden. Through the twist design method, the view and orientation of residents are optimized, and finally the space view of the north to see the waterscape and the south to see the courtyard is achieved.

In the space planning, a horizontal and a vertical space axis is used to connect the whole community through the vertical axis of etiquette and the horizontal axis of joy, forming a good living atmosphere and courtyard space. The buildings are used to organically separate the "inside" and "outside" spaces of the park to form a central park, so as to achieve a quiet residential environment in the center of the city, with a slight spatial metaphor of "great seclusion in the city". The facade of the building is innovative, the module is independent, and the system is self-contained. With its own volume, simple colors and lines, the main exterior wall adopts beige paint. Through the ingenious use of aluminum alloy and lines, a simple and light facade is created.
