The west side of IV-04 and IV-06 plots is designed as a high-rise office building, forming a landmark building along the North South Road of Xinhua. The south side of section IV-04 forms the entrance square area by using the volume of the west high-rise, the east podium and the office building. The building volumes in IV-10 and IV-11 sections are arranged along the north side of the section. The volume distribution maximizes the architectural landscape. At the same time, a landscape gallery is reserved for the north side of the section. The south side of the section is designed as a low strip business street along the river. The south side of Plot IV-10 and IV-11 forms the entrance square by using the concave volume, while extending the commercial street boundary. Through the air corridor, plot IV-04, IV-06 and IV-10 are connected, and a green three-dimensional commercial street is formed along Yongshun East First Road. At the north end of the commercial street, Xiashen Square serves as a wrap up, and connects the underground business, ground business and three-layer commercial area to form a three-dimensional multi-level public commercial space.
