The layout adopts a 'cross'-shaped overall spatial structure, and the construction of two axes introduces the exterior The landscape also embodies the planning concept of 'openness'. In the architectural layout, the high-rise adopts the point-type permeability to maximize the layout, emphasizing the connection in the spatial structure and the unobstructed visual experience, and the low-rise is attached to the high-rise to form a courtyard-style spatial layout, emphasizing the integration of the landscape environment and the full communication and activities of the crowd . The architectural style adopts a combination of modern and neo-classical methods, taking function as the center and purpose of the design, advocating simple geometric shapes, neo-classical composition principles, and concise decoration and molding as possible, emphasizing that the beauty of architecture lies between the part and the whole as well as The correct ratio between the parts.
