The topic of the course on June 18 is "Architectural Design Method Study". Design method is an important aspect of architectural design, which has a significant impact on the designer's work efficiency and quality. In this course, Feng Guochuan, chief architect of Zhubo Design, will lead the students to explore the characteristics, scope of application and effects of design methods through discussion, lectures and exercises.
Mr. Feng promotes a more universally applicable design method for everyone. The principle is to combine design derivation and design promotion, and focus on key points. After students are familiar with different design methods, they can be widely used in future work.
On June 19th, Liu Xiaoying, the senior chief architect of Zhubo Design, brought the training of "Project Management" to the trainees. The course covered the interpretation of initial design conditions, schedule, team structure, to the mid-term project design process, risk avoidance, and third-party consultant cooperation. And then to the later work content of the whole process such as application for approval and construction.
Mr. Liu explained the key and difficult points of different aspects of project management based on actual cases such as Guiyang Center, Ruiwan Building, Sunshine Financial Center, and asked the trainees to conduct simulation exercises under specific project conditions to help trainees discover problems and problems in project management in the past. The deficiencies will lay a good foundation for undertaking management projects in the future.
On the last day of the course, Yu Wei, the senior deputy chief architect of Zhubo Design, redefines the communication steps for the trainees. The course discusses topics such as "technical communication goals", "preparation for technical communication", "technical communication stages, objects and key points" based on case studies. , Let the trainees strengthen the awareness of communication, standardize all links of communication, and make full preparations for the early stage of communication to smoothly promote the operation of the project.
