Combining the current market and industry development trends, Zhubo Design has developed a set of talent strategy training programs based on its 25 years of actual combat. Beginning this year, Zhubo Design and Training College will launch a series of courses to empower architects at different stages to improve their work abilities, obtain job competencies, and become the backbone of the group for the future.

 

From June to November 2021, Zhubo Design will carry out the construction director (intermediate) class training. The first phase of the class is scheduled to start from June 17th to 20th. In the future, courses for group management and newcomers in the workplace will be opened, so stay tuned.

 

01 Purpose of running the school

1 Improve the students' personal comprehensive work ability.

2 Cultivate talent reserves for the company and build an echelon of reserve cadres.

3 Form a corporate culture of learning and communication.

 

02 Teaching method

The teaching process uses case teaching as the main method, focusing on enlightening and guiding students' relevant skills and working methods.

 

03 learning method

1 Students should pre-read the textbooks and books recommended by the course instructor.

2 Students must complete the pre-class assignments or tasks based on the pre-class assignments of each course, combined with relevant cases or experiences in actual work.

3 The course adopts a group study system. Students should actively participate in group discussions and report results in the classroom. The group report results will be included in the individual's comprehensive results.

 

04 Evaluation form

1 An assessment will be conducted after the completion of each course, and those who pass the assessment will be issued a certificate as one of the important basis for qualifications.

2 Course completion: adopt the form of graduation design and thesis defense, focusing on the application and practice in actual work.

 

05 Course Features

1 The group leader presided over the opening ceremony and gave lectures, and the group's core management team members and many technical backbones provided professional theory and practical analysis course guidance.

2 Expand and consolidate the skills and cognition of architects in multiple dimensions from the aspects of technology, reporting, management and marketing.

3 For 6 consecutive months, 4 days of super concentrated in-depth training are concentrated every month.

4 Each course is equipped with targeted supporting coursework, and the instructor makes one-on-one revisions, that is, learn and practice.

5 A full set of customized training products (training materials, T-shirts, canvas bags, etc.).
