Jiangan
Great location on the riverside of the city

In recent years, Changsha has focused on the city’s cultural environment and ecological values, and established a development model that emphasizes both economy and culture. The bank of the Xiangjiang River is an important area that carries the Hunan culture. The Changsha Poly West Coast, designed by Zhubo, is located here. As a relatively independent area, Binjiang New City currently has various functions such as living and leisure becoming more and more perfect.

The base is adjacent to North Xiaoxiang Road in the east, Yuelu Avenue in the north, Yinpenling Bridge in the south, and overlooking Juzizhou Head in the distance, occupying an important geographical location in the urban area of Changsha. How to make good use of the unique Xiangjiang River landscape resources to create a benchmark for riverside luxury residences is the focus of this design.

Vision
Maximum utilization of river view resources

The unique geographical location of Changsha Poly West Coast provides a solid foundation and conditions for the construction of first-line river-view quality residences.

The original site is high in the west and low in the east. The maximum height difference is close to 17 meters. The designer uses the terrain height difference to create a community business along the street of the tower, which echoes the surrounding commercial environment. The plot in the east area emphasizes the point layout along the river to expand the display area of the river view and highlight the spatial level of the river bank.

In the plan, the building is rotated to a certain angle to make the viewing area facing the river view wider. The design makes full use of the visual conditions of the Xiangjiang River view, staggered layout, so that the high-rise view is open and does not block each other, and maximizes the resources of the river view.

Set up two super high-rise buildings along the river in the east area, which have become unique riverscape landmarks. The plot in the west area adopts a point-style high-rise enclosed internal garden landscape layout, realizing large-scale landscape sharing of residences, connecting the east and west areas through landscape corridors to form an integrated community.

Gardening
Green ecological residential community

The impact of residential communities on people's lives permeates all aspects. With the continuous deepening of urbanization, how to combine traditional design techniques with modern residential communities is the key to designers' continuous exploration.

Changsha Poly West Coast brings more possibilities to designers. Starting from the design concept of "gardening", the designers make full use of the surrounding advantages for landscape planning, and build in the community through the enclosed layout of C and D plots. Relatively independent landscape garden.

Respect for the original site has also become a focus of attention. In order to preserve the existing famous and ancient trees inside the base, the towers are arranged in a staggered way through translation or partial twisting, and the urban greening resources are completely introduced into the base. The original mechanism of the city echoes each other, forming a green and ecological livable community.

The landscape design emphasizes the combination of the current topography to form a rich scattered space. There are luxuriant plants around the building. Relying on landscape elements such as water, ponds, vegetation, etc., a wealth of landscape sketches and interesting space nodes are created.

Exquisite
Minimalist and sophisticated material workmanship

The building facade continues the design concept of "piano keys" and follows the characteristics of modern architectural style. Through the contrast between aluminum and glass, the towers are arranged densely and densely from top to bottom, forming a rhythmic gradual effect.

On the main viewing interface, a clear and tidy glass curtain wall is used to strengthen the horizontal line relationship with a simple design language to preserve the integrity of the architectural viewing interface.

The detailed materials and colors of the building have been carefully formulated by the designer. Stone, warm-toned real stone paint, combined with thin metal panels and glass, form a bright and friendly detailing, highlighting the atmosphere of the building.

Energy-saving glass, environmentally-friendly exterior wall materials and aluminum alloy louvers are used in many places in the building to reduce overall building energy consumption and reflect the environmental protection of ecological residential areas.

Changsha Poly West Coast has created the ultimate experience in a limited space through ingenious planning and layout, changing public area design, and construction quality with the highest detail. ——Enjoy the unique scenery of Xiangjiang River outside, and enjoy the landscape community with one ring and many points inside, which will bring the owners an excellent living experience.
