The project combines the planning concept of the second-story trail system in Guangming District, respects the urban context, creates a double first-floor in accordance with local conditions and combines the height difference of the site, and connects the second-story trail system to the city as an important entrance to the school, effectively diverts the flow of people, relieves urban traffic pressure, and realizes public facilities , The living space is interconnected, the regional walking system is improved, and the concept of the school in the district with barrier-free access is improved.
The streamline organization in the building combines the height difference relationship of various roofs to form a communication platform, activity platform, learning platform and other multi-level spaces, vertically separate public teaching service facilities and classroom teaching spaces, and create night and weekend facilities to share with the surrounding community Concept. Combined with the height difference of the site, the overhead layer under the platform is connected in series with various large-space functional rooms such as library, restaurant, swimming pool, multi-functional lecture hall, etc., while the overhead layer on the platform connects various professional classrooms, wind and rain playgrounds and 300m track and field sports fields. , Creating more venues and possibilities for students to carry out various activities. The rooms above the platform level are used for daily teaching, and the functional division on the vertical level avoids mutual interference. Strive to use innovative educational concepts to improve community sharing, education returns to communities, and school communities work together in a new educational model. The facade image of the building respects the urban image positioning of the planning and development of the Guangming District, and considers the impact of color on the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students to create a new form of modern style. Using architectural techniques such as setbacks, combined with three-dimensional greening to enrich the facade shape, and setting up greening platforms at different elevations in conjunction with the construction of green buildings, the fifth facade is improved and combined into a new organic facade composition.
