Shenzhen Qianhai Champagne Financial Center is an integral part of the third block of Qianhai Unit 19. The designer hopes to create a green, high-quality office and commercial complex. Based on the simple square volume, the tower volume is divided to make the shape rich and rhythmic. The staggered space between the blocks forms a terrace, which provides a place for office workers. Carrying urban life, enriching the space experience of the building, and enhancing the overall quality of the building. The position where the commercial podium at the bottom of the building connects with the corridor, through the retreat of the building volume and partial overhead, frees up part of the space and the corridor to form an urban public space, which serves as a place for public activities within the neighborhood. The podium at the bottom of the building forms a good occlusal relationship with the corridor, and the building forms a whole with the corridor and the neighborhood. The green space is set on the south side of the tower in conjunction with the sunken plaza, which echoes the public space on the ground inside the neighborhood that is controlled by the guide, and becomes a part of the public space system in the neighborhood.
