Guoyin & Minsheng Financial Building
Guoyin·Minsheng Financial Building is located in Futian CBD. The cramped land conditions make the display area of the tower along the main roads of the city narrow and the image is not prominent. On the other hand, it also makes it particularly important to radiate the public space and life mode of the area. Therefore, The focus of the design is to provide two efficient and practical office buildings while creating an active life node for the city. The design cuts a passage open to the city in the center of the site, connecting the ground-floor business of the Phoenix Building with the business area to be built on the northern plot. Configure office supporting commerce along the channel to activate the space. The building retreats at the southern end to expand the passage opening and integrate with the square required by the city design; near the entrance hall of the two towers, it is enlarged to form a hall shared by the tower and the city. The city hall is streamlined and has a strong sense of sculpture from the perspective of the city square in the south, transforming the serious office podium into a friendly and dynamic place. The façade louvers are rotated to different angles in combination with the requirements of shading and vision, while staggering the sight lines of the two floors. The interior of the building gives the office crowd a comfortable physical environment and psychological feeling, and the exterior forms a simple and subtle facade effect.
