K26 of Wuhan Poly Guanshan Village

The K26 plot of Guanshan Village of Poly Guanshan Village in Wuhan is located in the center of Wuhan's Optics Valley area. It is an office complex mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises. Because the land is very tight and limited by the high floor area ratio, the space can only be expanded in the vertical direction. Therefore, the aim is to design a vertical city that combines different functions in the vertical space in terms of use and spatial nature to form tolerance. A diverse, lively and environmentally friendly new era office complex. The fluidity design of the facade is a continuation of sustainable development and water texture. The design of the traffic flow line also adopts the concept of vertical stratification, using the height difference of the site to design the concept of double first floor. The drop-off area and unloading area are set up on the B1 floor to solve the entire project's vehicle system and the entire project. The pedestrian system is solved on the first floor, combined with the internal courtyard landscape and other unified considerations.
