Wanzhou Greenland Center
Wanzhou Greenland Center is located in Wanzhou District, Chongqing City. The site is in the new city development area. In addition, because of the front door of the high-speed railway station, the construction and image of open space are particularly important. The project includes 200-meter super high-rise twin towers, art exhibition center and aquarium. The twin towers echo the axisymmetric layout in the plan, corresponding to the square in front of the high-speed railway station, forming the image of the city's gateway. The design concept draws on the concept of "Rivers Flowing-Wanchuan Bihui". The curve extending from the top to the bottom turns, like a majestic mountain and river, meandering and converging in the square, and at the same time, it outlines the cascade in combination with the topography. Scattered, free and relaxed landscape architectural space. The front of the building merges into the square in a low posture, gradually rising up the slope. Urban people can stroll along different paths from the square to the roof garden of the Art Exhibition Center, and the landscape can be naturally penetrated and integrated with the square. In order to eliminate the towering and oppressive feeling at the end of the building caused by the height difference of the site, a mountainous architectural form was created by stepping back to provide more leisure space for the citizens.
