The 2020 Supplier Conference of Poly Development Jiangxi Company was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi in June. Shortlisted for the 2020 THE PLAN AWARDS Design Award in Italy
The Italian THE PLAN AWARD announced the list of shortlisted projects for 2020, and Zhubo's new work, Beijing Poly Palace·Zheyuan, was successfully shortlisted for the award. The project is located in Jiugong Town, Daxing District, Beijing. It was used as a sales center in the early stage. With the theme of "gardening", the project translates the huge garden system in a relatively compact space.
"I'm in Video" Interview with Feng Guochuan: Shenzhen Vanke Longcheer Yacht Club Hotel
Mr. Feng Guochuan, the executive chief architect of Zhubo Design, was invited to the "I'm on Video" interview. The interview was mainly aimed at Shenzhen Vanke Longcheer Yacht Club Hotel. The project is located between the Dapeng Peninsula and the sea area of Daya Bay. Due to the topographical height difference, the hotel is inlaid between the mountains and the sea, which can hide the hotel well. Looking back at the building from the pier, it has a humble posture, and the overall color of the facade is simple and elegant without losing the local agility; from the mountain behind, the roofs and pavilions of the building covered by greenery seem to be hidden in the environment of the mountains and the sea.

"Chinese Contemporary Young Architects" reported on R&F Dongshan Xintiandi Plaza, an urban complex designed by Zhubo Design in Yangji Village, Guangzhou. The project pursues uniqueness in image, forming a concise and powerful shape through the form language of folded faces.
