Vanke Glorious Palace

The project is located in the core area of the central city area of Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The designer puts forward the planning concept of 'commercial-residential zone' based on the different value distribution of residential and commercial office. There are three ancient trees with a diameter of about 20m in the middle of the plot, which are the best central landscape of the local plot, and the houses around the ancient trees have the greatest value. The residential functions are arranged around the ancient trees in the center. The high-rise residential buildings strive for maximum south-direction daylighting. The flat-shaped residential buildings are distributed on the north side, and the low-rise residential buildings are distributed on the southeast side. The heights are matched and the products are rich. Self-contained houses should be built in properly and surrounded by ancient tree resources together with the residential area to improve the quality of living. The architectural space rises and turns and unfolds layer by layer. The use of this streamlined design not only reduces the tension of urban roads directly entering the community, but also establishes an ideal garden between the city and the community, blurring public and private. The boundaries. Through the highly infectious neo-classical style, the delicate line angle advance and retreat changes are added from the bottom to the top, creating the beauty of rich details, upright, meticulous, and elegant.
