The project is located on the west side of Xiangjiang River in Yuelu District, close to Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt and Juzizhouwei Scenic Area. The design conforms to the height difference of the site, extends from high to low to the Xiangjiang River scenery belt, strengthens riverside activities, introduces river view resources into the community, avoids the deep and large viewing area of the community, and uses public space, landscape extension, riverside activities, etc. to rationally use the river view Resources. The 180m super high-rise tower is designed for the riverside viewing surface, which strengthens the riverside landscape and focuses on creating the public building facade effect. The Linjiang Public Square stands a landmark commercial block and a comprehensive clubhouse, becoming an important landmark building along the Xiangjiang River. In the architectural design, riverside mansions, modern style, and public building facades are the design principles, and the design concept of maximizing landscape value and co-existence between buildings and riverside scenery belts is fully reflected through horizontal lines, imitated glass curtain walls, and panoramic views. The simple shape, neutral colors, large-face imitated glass curtain wall material and exquisite details finally present a beautiful modern waterfront style building.
